Where exactly is HY-Cowork?
On the upper floors of Houston Yards Center, at Plantation Houston on the East Bank of the Demerara — inside the Four Points by Sheraton Georgetown complex, on the main corridor between central Georgetown and Cheddi Jagan International Airport.
When does it open?
HY-Cowork opens in January 2027. Offices can be reserved now: send a request or book a private tour to secure your preferred office and start date.
What is included?
Furniture, power with 100% backup, air conditioning, fibre internet with Wi-Fi 6, cleaning, reception and mail handling.
What are the terms for private offices?
Private and team offices are billed monthly on a 12-month agreement. Coworking desks are available by the day and meeting rooms by the hour.
Can I pay in Guyana dollars?
Rates are quoted in US dollars. Ask our team about payment in GYD by local bank transfer.
Is there parking?
Yes, on-site surface parking with accessible bays.
Can I host an event or a client meeting?
Yes. Meeting rooms and the boardroom are booked by the hour; the Presidential Meeting Room hosts up to 20 guests and the 210 m² terrace is available by the hour or per event, with catering from the Four Points next door.
